Warehouse Positions
Riverside Warehouse Managers are the foundation for smooth running daily operations. This position is responsible for managing employees, warehouse conditions, products, customer product and regulations as well as being a communication bridge between Riverside and potential customers.
Warehouse Operations Specialist
Riverside Warehouse Operations Specialists go through a unique training position that puts knowledge, skills, and abilities to the test. During a six-month training and monitoring phase, the incumbent will be taken through different operational positions to get a better understanding of Riverside operations.
Riverside Warehouse Associates work unloading, receiving, putting away, picking and shipping customer products and materials. Forklift and RF scanning experience helpful.
Riverside Warehouse Supervisors require the skills and knowledge to effectively supervise a team of Warehouse Associates (Inventory, Receiving, Shipping and Team Leaders) in all aspects of receiving, shipping and return of product processing.
Riverside Warehouse Coordinators coordinate the flow of inbound and outbound shipping activities at our Warehouse facilities. He or she is required to efficiently and accurately ensure documents pertaining to all in/outbound customer products and materials are communicated and managed properly.
Riverside Assembly Associates must obtain required authorization to work in a sterile environment through completion of in-house training based on customer specifications because they are responsible for staging, combining and packaging, labeling customers’ orders to their specific specifications.

Order Management Positions
Riverside Order Management Associates enter customer orders into the warehouse management system and communicate with customers on issues related to their orders.
Riverside Order Management Team Leaders possess a friendly, professional manner. They are responsible for training and leading team of Order Management and Customer Support Associates. They are the primary connection between our internal and external customers.

Transportation Positions
The position facilitates movement of freight by coordinating carriers with loads. The broker negotiates and sets freight rates within parameters established by the company and creates all required documents and activity records to schedule and track freight movement.
Riverside Yard Jockeys are responsible for safely operating a yard spotting truck to position trailers for loading and staging prior to long haul pickup.
